“Truly unique” from production to display.  Paintings are created using methods eradicating the use of wood in construction unlike traditional canvas paintings thus minimizing carbon footprint. 





I consider myself a delinquent abstract artist with paint to my disposal. I love to paint & occasionally make use of a brush.. Drawing inspiration from rivers & mountains being formed over time captured on pictures taken from satellite cameras. Relying on forces like gravity to create fluid forms with paint being flung onto canvas. Passionately covering every inch of my canvas to capture the imagination..

Lynton Rinkwest was born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa. Interested and creating art from an early age his passion was reinforced by his extensive travels all over the world.

Inspired by modern art from all corners of the globe urged the artist to experiment with different materials to eradicate the usage of wood in creating his massive canvases. Canvas are "pasted" onto large polyurethane plates to create a canvas that does not warp and is completely water resistant.
